I would describe my work as contemporary with the blend of traditional art influenced by the old Masters, Rembrandt and Leonardo Da Vinci. I connect with etching for its meditative process, as it also signifies the careful weaving of a reed mat and gradual growth of an aloe regardless of its harsh environment it thrives in .As an artist I am inspired by KZN landscapes and the movement of the people carrying energy and courage to overcome adversity, daily.
