CANCELLATIONS:

• Banner adverts: 15 days’ written notice prior to serving the first impression.
• If a client cancels 15 days after the first impression they are responsible for paying for the first 15 days of the IO served.
• Newsletters/promotional mailers: 30 days’ written notice.
• Should cancellation be within 30 days of the booked insert date, the client will be responsible for the full cost.
• Sponsorships: subject to minimum six weeks’ written notice.
