- All rates quoted exclude VAT at 15%.
- All material is subject to to curatorial and scheduling restrictions.
- Rates include production of posts using client supplied images and info.
- Additional costs apply for image production.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Banner adverts: 15 days’ written notice prior to serving the first impression.
- If a client cancels 15 days after the first impression they are responsible for paying for the first 15 days of the IO served.
- Newsletters/promotional mailers: 30 days’ written notice.
- Should cancellation be within 30 days of the booked insert date, the client will be responsible for the full cost.
- Sponsorships: subject to minimum six weeks’ written notice.
