These Seller Membership Terms ("Terms") govern the relationship between Latitudes Online (Pty) Ltd ("Latitudes", "we", "our" or "us") and any artist, gallery or organisation ("Seller", "you" or "your") listing artworks for sale on the Latitudes Online platform (“Platform”).

By creating a Seller account, accepting these Terms electronically, paying the applicable Membership Fee or continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We often curate from artworks already listed on our site for special projects, including:

• The Latitudes Art Agency, which sources works for interior designers, architects, and corporate spaces
  
• Client proposals, catalogues, and bespoke features

Keeping your profile updated increases your chances of being selected for these opportunities.

Our Buy Now feature allows collectors to purchase artworks instantly via our secure checkout system.

To qualify:

• The work must be unique or editioned
• It must only be listed on Latitudes
• It must be located in South Africa for logistics reasons
  

For all exhibitors plans, a 10% fee applies to cover admin and card processing. Please note:

• You are responsible for uploading accurate pricing
• Once listed, the artwork must be sold at the uploaded price
• All “Buy Now” works are reviewed for eligibility

• Exhibitors are expected to update or remove sold works regularly
• Latitudes conducts a bi-annual audit to maintain the quality of the site
• We reserve the right to disable inactive profiles with prior notice

We spotlight artists and exhibitors through internal curatorial selections, as well as newly uploaded works that include high-quality images. If you'd like to secure a feature, we offer the following paid promotional options, based on availability in our schedule and quality of the content:

• R2,000 (excl. VAT) – Single image grid post
• R2,400 (excl. VAT) – Carousel post
• R990 (excl. VAT) – Instagram & Facebook Story

We encourage you to link to your Latitudes profile on your own website and social media pages. Include the Latitudes logo and mention us in your programming to increase visibility and engagement.

You can embed video content to better present your work or practice. Videos should be uploaded to YouTube- simply share the link with our team. We’re working on direct upload functionality soon
