Caroline Useh is a multidisciplinary artist from Delta State, Nigeria, currently based in Lagos. A graduate of Auchi Polytechnic in Edo State, she works across a wide range of media, embracing experimentation without material restrictions. Her mixed-media practice offers an alternative approach to painting, using diverse materials to explore emotional relearning, mental transformation, and the fluidity of human experience. Through her work, Useh creates space to educate, advocate, question, challenge, and provoke conversations around behaviour and society. She is the winner of the Chinwe Russell Art Prize (2025), completed a residency at Farmhouse in Iseyin, Oyo State (2025), was a finalist in the Kuenyehia Art Competition (2024), and was selected as one of the ten finalists for the Next of Kin Series 5 art competition and exhibition in 2023.
