Born in 1993 in Lagos, Nigeria, Moyosore is an artist whose paintings convey profound emotion and introspection. Through his masterful use of colour and composition, he invites viewers into worlds of longing, memory, and unspoken truths, reflecting on issues affecting his immediate community and society at large. He holds a degree in Graphic Design from Yaba College of Technology and previously worked as an art director in advertising before pursuing a full-time studio practice. Largely autobiographical, his work features self-portraits, portraits, and intimate depictions of familiar people and places. His work has been exhibited at the National Museum Onikan, AMG Projects Gallery, Soto Gallery, and he completed a residency at DiDA Gallery in Côte d'Ivoire in 2022.
