Phanuel Shivambu is a self-taught artist born 1979 in the village of Mapapila, in Malamulele, Limpopo. It was while attending Nghunghunyani Secodary School that he discovered his artistic side.
While fascinated and inspired by ideas from philosophy and spirituality, his work continues to explore and express the ideas he thinks are interesting to explore.
