Samuel Inalegwu (b. 1993) is a Nigerian visual artist from Benue State whose practice explores themes of memory, displacement, home, and identity. He studied Painting at Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, where his formal training strengthened a lifelong passion for visual storytelling. Now based in Lagos, Nigeria, he draws inspiration from the city's dynamic and complex character. Inalegwu's work is deeply rooted in personal experience, examining the emotional layers of everyday life through references to family archives, personal history, and familiar domestic spaces.
