Moyosore Jolaolu (b. 1993, Lagos, Nigeria) is a visual artist whose paintings delve into memory, identity, and the emotional terrain of the human connection. Drawing from personal experience and everyday life in Nigeria, he creates intimate scenes that reflect on friendship, belonging, nostalgia, and the ongoing process of becoming. Through evocative colour, atmosphere, and composition, his works transform fleeting moments into enduring reflections on both individual and collective experience.

Trained in graphic design at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Jolaolu began his professional career as an associate art director in advertising before dedicating himself fully to painting. His practice combines self-portraiture, observation, and storytelling to examine how personal histories shape our understanding of self and others. His work has been presented in exhibitions, fairs, and artist residencies, contributing to a growing presence within contemporary African art.
