This photograph shows several people dressed in flowing yellow garments standing and sitting among the branches of a large tree in a lush forest. The scene is bathed in warm, natural light that filters through the foliage, enhancing the contrast between the bright clothing and the deep greens of the surroundings. One central figure in the foreground wears an elaborate mask with white spikes and a red beak-like shape, standing with hands clasped. The arrangement of figures? some grounded, others elevated in the tree creates a sense of ritual or staged composition within a natural environment. This photography is part of the Power of Alliances series,  inspired by the symbols of the seven founding families of the N'zima Kôtôkô community of grand-Bassam.  The photography is also avaible is two other sizes 100X66 cm and 80X53cm.
