Les Feuilles de Marie-Aimée

This tapestry is a one of a kind piece. It is a recreation of an African wax print fabric that belonged to my grandmother, my mother's mother. It is one of the items that my mother longed to inherit from her mother after she passed away. It is a labour of love. A celebration and mourning of their love.
