Boitumelo Lethoko
Based in Soweto, Johannesburg, Boitumelo Lethoko, is a 21 year old visual artist. She started her academic year for art in 2019, studied Fine Art at Funda Centre, then decided to further her studies in Printmaking the following year.
She is currently doing Printmaking at Artist Proof Studio. “Drawing has been my passion since a very young age, predominantly using fine liners on fabriano and dabbling in lino cut prints.”
“My work explores my journey to self discovery by navigating and expressing my personal experiences through my artistic practice. I zoom into my interest in human behaviour which is largely shaped by internal dialogues and prevalent expressions. it is my hope to build connections with my audience, both intellectual and emotional.”
