Fleur de Bondt
Born in 1989 in South Africa, Fleur de Bondt is a practicing fine artist who specializes in alternative printmaking and is more specifically obsessed with linoleum. She started Facture Sessions – artist talks aimed at connecting and inspiring artists - which she runs at August House, Doornfontein. She co-founded Incognito Arthouse which acts as a ‘non-gallery' initiative geared towards providing artists of all levels the opportunity to make money. For the past four years, she has been project managing the RMB Talent Unlocked Artist Career Development Programme which fortified her passion for mentorship. She ran her own studio in 2018 named Studio Facture. Fleur is passionate about upliftment within the arts sector, learning from other artists, and making art.
