Shayma Idris
Shayma Idris , ( Saudi Arabia , 9April1986) is a documentary and street photographer , A Sudanese native, she grew up in Khartoum and received her bachelor of Dental surgery
In 2013 moved to Cairo to pursue her postgraduate degree between the alleys of Old Cairo she found her passion for walking and grasping the sceneries with help of her phone camera , in 2014 she Joined photojournalist initiative to create a Everydaycairo online photo project then participated in many national photography exhibitions , moved back to Sudan in 2017 started her project Everydaykhartoum and participated in couple of national exhibitions as well , due to economic difficulties in Sudan She then moved to Saudi Arabia to seek better opportunities in life , living in a small town with colleagues from 10 different nationalities ,Shayma gained more insight and knowledge about different cultures and learned more about the world around her
She then Moved to Spain in 2023 to continue her life journey in a new continent with a memory full of images that describe her in a nutshell
