Jaco Boëttger is a Change Management, Leadership and Organisation Development consultant, with 3 decades of experience. His main focus is on helping organisations and individuals to manage change, optimize the opportunities it presents, and make it work for them. He worked in approximately 28 countries and his “Preparing for Tomorrow” intervention on Future Fitness has been implemented in 40+ countries around the globe. He is the author of five books. His latest book “The Engagement Alphabet” is all about boundaries and taking control of one’s life.
His latest endeavour is to explore the opportunities and possibilities that a crisis can trigger. He uses art as an analogy and example of how we can creatively fill the space opened by a catastrophic event. His own journey is utilised to illustrate that we can choose to use a crisis to reinvent ourselves and to rediscover our latent creative energy...to realign who we are with what we do. He works from the Kouebokkeveld in The Ceres Karoo where he uses material from the local environment to create his Karoo Creatures.
