Zonia Nel Scheffer is an accomplished South African artist with a career spanning over two decades. She graduated with a B.A in Fine Arts (Honours) from the University of Pretoria in 1996 and quickly gained recognition, earning a merit award at the Sasol New Signatures competition in 1998.
Her distinct artistic voice is evident in her success in both solo and group exhibitions. To date, Scheffer has held six solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group shows, showcasing the breadth and evolution of her work. In2009, she achieved a milestone by wining the painting category at the Sanlam "Vuleka" competition.
Scheffer's work is highly sought after and is included in several prominent corporate and private art collections. These include the collections of Sasol, ABSA Private Bank, Rand Merchant Bank, Hewlett Packard, Nandos (UK), and the esteemed Leon Strydom collection.
She is also an active member of 'The Voice Art Collective', collaborating and exhibiting with fellow artists.
