Lisa Cloete

Lisa Cloete is a fine artist and writer based near the Wild Coast in the Eastern Cape. Her journey into activism began when she and her community opposed Shell's initial oil exploration attempts. This ignited her passion for the climate and social justice, leading her to work in communications within the environmental sector. Printmaking, a longstanding part of artistic journey, has evolved into a significant aspect of her activist voice, merging her creative talents with her commitment to advocacy.
