Tamsyn Lancaster lives in Cape Town with her family. She graduated with a BA(FA) in drawing
and painting from The University of Cape Town in 2003. Having worked as an artist and graphic
designer following her studies, she has spent the last fifteen years teaching high school students
at Cedar House School in Kenilworth. Tamsyn works figuratively, with a particular interest in the
transformative power of colour and place.
