Shitanda (b.1997, Nairobi, Kenya) is a visual artist whose artworks seek to challenge preconceived notions of the rhythm of life and showcase beauty from an unexpected and unconstrained perspective. Shitanda's work showcases the culture, lifestyle and beauty of his locality and its people, incorporating primarily Kenyan subjects, models and materials.
