I am Welcome S'phiwe Danca, I was born and bred in the South Coast of Portshepstone Kwa-Zulu Natal province. Sibusiso Duma introduced me to a late legend who ever lived, Trevor Makhoba.
I am a contemporary artist focusing on everyday life. Conceptually I explore my personal memories focusing on how growing up as a child in the rural areas contrasts with my current urban lifestyle. I enjoy using oil paint, acrylic paint ,recycling and charcoal. I possess a strong knowledge, experience and expertise in visual arts, having produced many visual art paintings and having attended visual art exhibitions countrywide and abroad in the United Kingdom, London. I have a list of National and International art collections and art commissions.
