The Harmattan season is synonymous with end of year and Christmas get-togethers, and typical of the Nigerian culture is the tradition of investing in and showing off one’s Christmas clothes. The oversized suit is equally symbolic of the weight of tradition borne by generations of Nigerians as it is typical of Muoh’s delight in showcasing urban style in her work.
