Sepia Landscape 2

Sepia is associated with old photographs, photographic records of past scenes. In this series of paintings (or watercolour drawings, as I like to think of them) I have chosen sepia to draw a fantasy lanscape, suggesting that the places I've evoked are real, as indeed, in a sense, they are. I'm interested in imagined places as a metaphor for the alternative versions of our own lives that we imagine when we find our current circumstances difficult.
