‘Kuroya nemasikati’ – Daylight bewitching, critiques the elite's brazen corruption and exploitation. They act with impunity, stealing and killing in broad daylight, without shame or fear of consequences. The use of nocturnal animals in the artwork highlights the irony of their actions, normally associated with darkness and secrecy. The piece exposes the elite's mesmerizing power and control, calling attention to the abuse of power and the need for accountability. It's a scathing commentary on the corrupt systems of power and a reminder to remain vigilant and critical of those in power. The artwork sparks a necessary conversation.
