Lillian Gray

Lillian Gray is a South African Fine Artist and art teacher. She started painting at the age of 9, and at age 19 she had her first solo exhibition. She is best known for her contemporary oil painting portraits, and has exhibited internationally in New York, London and Florence. Her artworks invite the viewer to look deeper, to find meaning in the portrait or landscape and to make it their own. Lillian’s ultimate mission is to make you feel. Lillian draws inspiration from people’s stories. Recurring themes of hope, empowerment, conquering fear and overcoming trials and tribulations are expressed in her artworks.
