Rebirth

This artwork is one of three from a collection called Reemergence. All three artworks tell a singular story as they represent the circle of life. As we go through life from childhood to adulthood, we all reemerge as new versions of ourselves. The new is built upon the foundation of the old: different but the same. Depending on where you are currently in life, you might view the artworks differently. For example with Rebirth, you may not see the figure as emerging but as disappearing and being held back. About this artwork:Rebirth is us emerging from anything that may want to or has previously tried to, keep us behind. The figure is determined to burst through into the light against all odds.
