Khotso Kupi
Khotso Kupi is a South African artist. His style of painting is influenced by the technique “Caturism”, where the natural structure of a subject is broken down and emphasised in lines and where colour is also used for a stronger effect. “Caturism” was taken from the word “Caricature "and deeply relates to its principles.
Kupi’s painting technique is strongly influenced by the artworks of Ayanda Nkosi, Richard Scott and a style developed by Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque.
