Her passion for art began in childhood, influenced by cartoons and local newspaper illustrations, and was reignited during her medical training amid the COVID-19 lockdown. Working primarily with acrylics—while also exploring oil pastels, charcoal, and graphite—Theresia’s art celebrates beauty, emotion, and colour.
Influenced by Jean-Michel Basquiat and Henri Matisse, she experiments with diverse styles to create vibrant, reflective works. She has exhibited widely, including at Rangi Gallery, Nafasi Art Space, and DARCH (Old Boma), where she held her first solo show in 2023.
