Sam Golding
BIO:
Sam Golding was born in 1996, in Boksburg, Johannesburg. She completed a beginner’s photography course in 2017, and has been freelancing for the past two years. Sam is currently completing the Mid- Level Photography Course at Through The Lens Collective, and describes her work and experience as follows:
“All of the work I have done through TTLC is very abstract, very expressive, at least from my side. It’s a journey of personal perspective where I challenge myself to alter it in faith of an entirely different view - changing the world for me… at least on a mental level. I am always trying to make sense of the things around me and inside me, and I think my photos are by products of my experiences, mentality and emotions, in my moments of reflection or confusion, in states of extreme discomfort and/or familiarity.
