It is said that “ife onye kwutelu, o dili ya”, that is a person bears the consequences of whatever he says or does. This concept is illustrated through the silhouette of a child, representing vulnerability and openness to absorbing whatever they observe, which inevitably part of their daily life becomes. The eye positioned in the center and on top right as a powerful symbol representing the authoritative guardians or parents, who are the foundational pillars in a child's development. The parents or guardians possess high expectations, academic achievement and extracurricular success. Often involves pushing children to excel, consistent enforcement in nurturing and being supportive guiding the child towards becoming a responsible, self-regulated, socially competent individual. The Uli symbols such as obe, ife onye kwutelu, mbe, anyanwu, and ekulueko integrated into the forms emerging from the rocks of Arinta Waterfall, signify adaptability. The Agwolagwo symbol surrounding the eye represents continuity signifying the unbroken chain of cultural values, knowledge, and wisdom passed down through generations. The forms emerging from the rock are symbolic of the earth, representing the environment that surrounds and influences the child. This evokes the idea that the child's development is deeply rooted in their immediate surroundings, which can either make or mar their future. The narrow paths depicted represent the choices and influences that young minds encounter, reflecting the direction in which a child is guided emphasizing the role of guardians in shaping what the child absorbs, learns, and becomes.
