Nicola Taylor (b.1984) is a visual artist from South Africa. In the context of belonging and connection, Nicola investigates natural laws and matter taking form. Using paint, animation, light installations and sculpture, she explores the human experience from a quantum perspective, looking at unity and identity at a level where manifestation is still physically undecided.

Nicola studied in the UK, Italy and South Africa, she has presented five solo exhibitions since 2010, taken part in group shows and collaborations, attended residencies in South Africa and abroad and her work is part of private and public collections.
