Zannele Libambo
Zannele Charlotte Libambo (South African) born on the 18th of April 1997 in Mpumalanga. She holds a National Diploma in Fine Arts from Vaal University of Technology and is currently a Cultural Officer intern and serving a Visual Arts panel member at the National Arts Council.
Having previously worked as a visual arts mentor at Vaal University of Technology; a Heritage Sites Surveyor at South African Heritage Resources Agency and a Young Patriot at the Department of Sports, Arts and Culture has optimized her experience in the art industry.
In 2021, she was selected to participate in the Curator Lab programme by Latitudes Online, launching an exhibition titled Identify with me, which explores the dynamics of identity. In March 2022, she curated a solo exhibition tilted What Makes your Heart Fly featuring Sizwe Samasibisi at Bag Factory Artist Studios.
Her passion as Art’s Living Proof is intrigued by identity, life lessons and the stories that exist in the lives of artists.
