Yamoya is a variation of the various names given to the sea goddess in West African, Brazilian and Afro Caribbean cultures. In this work she is a reminder to all women of their abilities to manifest anything they wish into the material world. More specifically this work celebrates the female form and it’s ability to create and nourish new life.
