As a young Black artist residing in Johannesburg and navigating the world as a deaf individual, my work explores the intersection of identity, heritage, and contemporary experience through the medium of printmaking, specifically lino and silk screen techniques. My self-portraits serve as a canvas for introspection, revealing layers of cultural narrative and personal symbolism.
