This still life exaggerates the blur of the camera and the heigtened colour and light. The viewer can make out various objects that appear in other still lifes on this exhibition. It enhances light bouncing off objects, a frozen moment captured by the camera in passing. The technical failure of the photogrpah enhances the painting's emphasis on the passing of time
