EBONY/CURATED at RMB Latitudes Art Fair 2025

EBONY/CURATED Presents at RMB Latitudes Art Fair 2025
EBONY/CURATED is delighted to exhibit at the 2025 RMB Latitudes Art Fair, presenting a collection of two and three-dimensional works by Anico Mostert, Balekane Legoabe, Craig Cameron-Mackintosh, Kamohelo Blessing Rooi, and Oliver Scarlin, five distinctive voices whose practices engage critically with themes of identity, memory, and materiality.
We are proud to present a new body of work by Kamohelo Blessing Rooi, a rising Soweto-based artist whose practice is rooted in personal memory, community, and the vibrant visual language of township life. His Kasiflavour series celebrates the resilience and spirit of black South African communities, drawing inspiration from the culture and people of his hometown. Following his sold-out debut at the 2025 Investec Cape Town Art Fair and a feature in Vogue’s touching tribute to the late Koyo Kouoh ‘The Outsize Artistic Legacy of Koyo Kouoh', Rooi continues to gain recognition for his authentic storytelling and nuanced reflections on identity, family, and place. Through his work, he reclaims cultural narratives and offers viewers a tender, yet unflinching, view into contemporary life in South Africa.
We invite collectors, creatives, and art enthusiasts to visit us at booth A3 in the Latitudes Centre of the Arts, and explore a curated selection of emerging and galleried voices shaping contemporary African art.
his show runs from 23rd - 25th May 2025.
