Thursday 23 February 2017, day 23 "...a power sky. Stars from horizon to horizon as if in a dome of moving constellations, then, realizing we are the movement, earth is in motion, always. As I came up to take over watch at 2am, phosphorescent plankton were alive around us, like fleeting constellations magically appearing, then disappearing in an instant of electric twinkle. Like light I have never seen on land. How can electricity flow underwater in that way, swirling as the water in our wake spins out, lighting the wave. Last nights was the brightest I have seen - trails of tail light."
