Operating between Cape Town and Durban, Jordan Anthony (b. 1999) is a film photographer, curator, and arts writer who grew up in KwaZulu Natal and graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg with a Bachelor of Art in Fine Arts. During her studies, she explored subjects in archaeology and psychology, including themes such as healing, dreams, and intuitive creation in her art practice. Anthony has since collaborated with various professionals in the local art industry, including the KZNSA Gallery in Durban (with Strauss & Co.) and Turbine Art Fair (via overheard in the gallery). Her interests also extend into philosophy, memory, and prehistory.
